The branch manager will be responsible for the day to day management and development of the branch, including sales and operations, supervision of staff, developing a business plan for the branch in conjunction with the Group Operations Manager and the Managing Director, achieving targets and ensuring action items are implemented to achieve business plans.

The successful candidate will have an outgoing personality, be a team player and have a hands on approach to work. He or she should also be self confident, have an organised approach to work coupled with a good working knowledge of I.T. and excellent communications skills.
