We currently operate self storage facilities in six locations across Ireland. Our goal is to continue our growth and add many more facilities across the whole isalnd of Ireland.
In order to achieve this, we require properties satisfying the following criteria:
Locations throughout Ireland and in particular in or very close to major cities and towns
Existing buildings or sites
Easily accessable through established main road network
Existing buildings of 16,000 - 30,000 sq. ft. per floor
Sites of 0.8 - 4 acres
Preferably Freehold, may consider Leasehold
We operate in an ethical manner and have a good reputation in our field for completing acquisitions quickly and will provide vendors and property agents with swift response to all opportunities put to us. All appropriate introductory fees will be paid for recognised introductions.
